― A Story Beginning in Iwate

Sushi Ichiriki opened its first restaurant in Nagata-cho, Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, in 1967.
The first-generation owner trained in Tokyo, mastering the art of Edo-style sushi while bringing out the best of Iwate’s rich seafood.

The second-generation owner has carefully preserved the secret sauce used for marinated tuna, passed down and enriched for over 40 years.
While cherishing the Edo-style spirit, we continue to evolve our flavors to suit the times.
